Using this site

This page sets the rules for using eorvietnam.co. The guidance here is general information, not legal, tax or payroll advice, and the only way to reach us is by email: info@eorvietnam.vn.

Who publishes this site, and what do these terms cover?

eorvietnam.co is published by EOR Vietnam, which offers Employer of Record services in Vietnam. These terms cover your use of the website and the status of the information on it — the pages explain how an employer of record works and Vietnamese payroll and labour rules, but are not an offer, a contract or professional advice. The home page starts the guides.

Is anything on this site legal, tax or payroll advice?

No. Everything on eorvietnam.co is general information about hiring, payroll and compliance in Vietnam, not legal, tax, payroll or financial advice, and not a substitute for professional counsel; reading it creates no adviser–client relationship. Before acting — for example on the legal basis for using an EOR — confirm how the rules apply to you with a qualified Vietnamese adviser.

How accurate is the information, and how current?

We aim to publish each statutory figure in its current wording, tied to the instrument it comes from and dated "as of October 2026" — the regional minimum wage, personal income tax and employer payroll contributions among them. Vietnamese law changes, so check the cited instrument before you rely on a figure.

Are quotes and estimates on this site binding?

No. The estimates and calculator outputs on this site are illustrative and for guidance only, and our published prices are explained in the next section. A quote we email is an indication based on the details you give us, not a binding offer, and the employment cost it shows changes with the role, salary and law. Nothing becomes binding until a written services agreement is signed.

That agreement fixes the commercial terms, names the employing entity and shows the statutory on-cost separately from our fee — see what an EOR in Vietnam costs. Until both sides sign, neither is bound.

What are the published prices, and the deposit?

EOR Vietnam publishes a service fee of US$149 per employee per month, a flat fee for Vietnamese-national employees, as of October 2026. Foreign nationals who need a Vietnamese work permit are quoted separately. Published prices are current as of the date shown and may change; we will give notice of any change, and the price that applies to an engagement is the one set in the signed services agreement, which prevails over anything published here.

Each engagement also carries a security deposit equal to two months of the employee's employment cost — gross salary plus statutory employer contributions. We hold it for the duration of the engagement and return it at the end, less any unpaid amounts. The deposit, the fee and the statutory on-cost (passed through at cost) are itemised in the services agreement.

This site links to primary legal sources and other websites so you can verify what we publish, for reference only. EOR Vietnam does not control or endorse any external site, or take responsibility for its content, accuracy or availability. A citation is not a recommendation.

Who owns the content on this site?

The text, design and code of eorvietnam.co are owned by EOR Vietnam or used with permission, and protected by intellectual-property law. You may read the pages, quote a short passage with attribution and link to any page, but may not copy, republish, sell or build a competing resource from substantial parts without our written permission. Legal texts we cite are official State documents, which are not subject to copyright; we claim no rights in them.

Is there any warranty, and who is liable?

This website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied: we do not warrant it is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent Vietnamese law permits, EOR Vietnam is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Which law governs these terms?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and any dispute relating to this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Vietnamese courts. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

How do these terms change, and how do you contact us?

We may update these terms as the site or the law changes. The version in force is always the one published here, dated at the top, and continued use after an update means you accept it. For how we handle data you email us, see the privacy notice; for anything else, email info@eorvietnam.vn or use the contact page.

Questions people ask

Is the information on eorvietnam.co legal or tax advice?

No. These pages explain how hiring, payroll and compliance work in Vietnam in general terms; they are not legal, tax, payroll or financial advice and create no adviser–client relationship. How the rules apply to a particular business or person depends on the facts, so confirm your own situation with a qualified Vietnamese adviser.

Can I rely on the figures and quotes on this site?

Treat them as guidance. Statutory figures are sourced and stamped "as of October 2026", but Vietnamese law changes, so check the cited instrument before relying on a number. A quote is illustrative and non-binding until both sides sign a services agreement.

Can I reuse or republish content from this site?

Within limits. Reading the pages, quoting a short passage with attribution and linking to any page are all fine; copying, republishing, selling or building a competing resource from substantial parts needs our written permission first. The official legal texts we cite are not ours and carry no such restriction.

What law governs these terms of use?

The laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam govern these terms, and any dispute falls to the competent Vietnamese courts. If any provision is held invalid, the rest continue in effect, and our liability is limited so far as Vietnamese law permits.
