What should I include to get an EOR Vietnam quote?
A quote needs four things: the role and seniority, the gross monthly salary, the worker's nationality and the location in Vietnam. With those we price the statutory employer on-costs and, for a foreign hire, the work-permit path.
Every quote we send sets out EOR Vietnam pricing in full and includes:
the entity that would employ the worker, and the legal structure used;
our service fee: US$149 per employee per month, flat — the same for every Vietnamese-national employee, whatever the salary, seniority, role, location or headcount (as of October 2026);
the security deposit: two months of the employee's employment cost (gross salary plus statutory employer contributions), held for the engagement and returned at the end, less any unpaid amounts;
the amounts passed through at cost, each shown separately from our fee — the gross salary; the employer's social, health and unemployment insurance and trade-union fee and the employee's insurance and personal income tax withheld from gross pay; and any statutory or agreed employment payments, such as severance where due or a 13th-month bonus;
confirmation that there are no other EOR Vietnam fees — no setup, onboarding, offboarding, contract or payslip fees, and no hidden fees;
an onboarding plan and timeline;
for a foreign national who needs a Vietnamese work permit, the work-permit path and a separate quote (the US$149 flat fee covers Vietnamese nationals only).

Do I have to create an account or share payment details?
No. There is no account, no login and no payment at the quote stage, and we never ask for card or bank details by email. The quote form asks only for your name, company, email and needs, and sends them to the EOR Vietnam inbox. Commercial terms come later, in a written agreement.
What happens to the details I send?
We use them only to prepare and send your quote. Your request is saved in our private, password-protected list of enquiries and reaches the info@eorvietnam.vn inbox; the site sets no cookies and runs no trackers, and we never sell, rent or share your details.
